Order Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation

This policy explains how to request and manage the cancellation of orders placed through our website. It applies exclusively to deliveries within Australia.

2. Order Cancellation Conditions

Customers may request to cancel an order within 24 hours of payment confirmation, provided the product has not already been handed over to the courier for dispatch.

If the cancellation request is approved, the refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

After 24 hours from payment confirmation, or once the order has been dispatched, cancellation under this procedure is no longer available. Once the product has been received, customers may submit a return request in accordance with our store's Returns Policy.

3. Order Cancellation Procedure

To request an order cancellation, customers must provide the following information:

Order number.
First and last name used when placing the order.
Payment confirmation or details of the payment method used.

After receiving the request, we will review the information provided and respond to the customer by email.

Order confirmations and purchase details are sent to the email address provided during checkout.

4. Refunds Following Order Cancellation

Once a cancellation request has been approved, we will send a confirmation email.

Refunds are generally processed within 2–6 business days and returned using the original payment method.

The actual time taken for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment service provider.

No additional fees will be charged for approved cancellation requests.

Voluntary order cancellation within 24 hours of payment confirmation is a separate procedure from requesting a return after the product has been delivered.
